Mr. Cohan is particularly experienced in Bankruptcy Litigation, having represented creditors, as well as debtors and trustees, in adversary proceedings before bankruptcy courts in all Federal Districts of California, as well as upon appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
